Wedding Speech for Sid and Kriti

Sid

Sid

Sid .

Sid .

Totally a morning person, full of joy and cheer,

Sleeping just before dinner, he would always volunteer.

इसके मासूम बचपन की अठखेलियां, चाची को देखकर nose पकड़ना, shirt को smartly jeans के अंदर tuck करना, वरदान में एक बार खो जाना, अपनी दाल की  कटोरी छुपाना, school से कई बार पैदल घर आना, अपने खुद के बचपन में आदित्य का ख्याल रखना, Talent City का बेहतरीन छात्र और पूरी अदाकारी से dance करना, चाची से exams से पहले कभी-कभी G.K और value-ed पढ़ना, teenager होने पर टक-टक करके सब्ज़ी chop करना, अपने cousins को breakfast treat पर ले जाना, चाची को talent city join करने के लिए प्रेरित करना, छोटे-छोटे हसीन....you have given us some very happy moments in life, Sid!

Time flew and our baby grew into an adult...whom we look up with pride, who is handsome, is sincere & dedicated and who has a different approach to see life! Sid happened to travel far and wide & suddenly we saw him changing into a more happier, brighter and an optimistic boy. पता चला, our boy is in love💕💘! It was you Kriti, who made this difference! It's a pleasure seeing you singing & working out on your fitness regimes together.

Sid & Kriti, marriage is a beautiful relation, a special friendship of 2 people who are equal. It requires falling in love everyday with each other. You are blessed that you God has united you together. Today, chachi and  chacha wish you:

एक दूजे का हर पल अब से,

एक दूजे की भरपाई हो.

जीवन भर ऐसे साथ रहो,

जैसे दो जिस्म एक परछाई हो.

Love you children! Stay happy, stay blessed always!

Hi! This is Preeti Agarwal and I love doing something that adds a zing and meaning to my life. This blog has been created so that I can upload whatever I write as a small creation of my own or paraphrased or something I read somewhere and just want to follow it up. It contains some personal poetry, some table-mat designs and even my doodling art. I am loving the lock-down because it has given me something I would always cherish.

Ma...Our Walking Miracle!

Ma:   My mom is a walking miracle. An epitome of simplicity, I take pride in what she is. Sometimes, I feel if I become half as strong, as talented as she is, I would be a class apart!   In my teenage days, my friends used to find reasons for me to host a party. Reason was simple….my mom’s culinary skills and warm hospitality. She was too good with her cooking, presentation and served with love. When we used to get soft drinks where ever we went, she used to impress us with her ‘kairi-pudina’, ‘bel sherbat’, fresh tomato juice etc. Her mouth watering chaats with home made papri and raj-kachori have satiated so many taste buds. Master Chef was not aired those days otherwise she would have been a winner with a big margin. Not only mine and my father’s friends, but my in-laws family can vouch for her creativity. While hosting dinners for her loving samdhis, she would make sure, in an array of snacks, no snack is repeated the second time. Her daal halwa was to die f...

Karma Yoga# Bhagawad Gira# chapter 3# paraphrased

Bhagwad Geeta Chapter 3 Paraphrased: Chapter 3, Karma Yoga “Karma means You are the Maker of your life. When you truly understand Karma, you realize you are responsible for everything in your life. Every moment, you perform action- physically, mentally, emotionally and energy-wise. Each action creates a certain memory. That is Karma”.  In Bhagwad Geeta, Krishna emphasis the most on Karma Yoga. He says there are two paths:   Path of Knowledge   Path of Action On hearing this Arjuna decides to choose the path of knowledge and tells Krishna that it’s better to go to the Himalayas and start meditating and give up war. Krishna then explains its difficult to give up action because each thing we do, involves a bit of activity. Even the simple work like eating, drinking, sleeping or breathing also involves action. Moreover, when the action (here, it is the war) is in the mind and we are meditating, we’ll never be at peace. The Path of knowledge is for the thinkers- the ...
